DriveGuard Company Limited was a software development company best known for the creation of reboot to restore software. It was headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam.

DriveGuard was originally created in 1994 as one of the most popular software to have a built on reboot to restore technology that supports Windows 95 (1995). Between 1996 and 2000, they focused on its other operating systems are supports such as Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000, and between 2001 and 2016, they focused on its most popular operating systems are supports from Windows XP through Windows 10. The company employs more than 5,000 people and as of April 2020, it was primarily develops and specializes reboot to restore software for the Microsoft Windows, macOS, and among others.

On July 1, 2024, DriveGuard announced that the company would ceased to operate, laying off than 2,500 employees shortly after.
